SDCC 2018: The Green Arrow Takes Over the #IMDBboat with Kevin Smith

The cast of Arrow boarded the #IMDBboat, which included Stephen Amell, Colton Hayes, David Ramsey, Emily Bett Rickards, Juliana Hakarvy, Rick Gonzales and Echo Kellum. While talking to Kevin Smith, the cast jokingly¬† challenged the cast of Riverdale with with Hakarvy declaring that they will “fall right over.” Maybe they haven’t seen how hardcore the Southside Serpent gets? Convention Memories, Cartoons, Norman Reedus and Bonding Over Boba Fett

SDCC 2011

Believe it or not, we’re already gearing up for convention season. Wondercon is less than a couple of weeks away but we are already planning (fretting over?) San Diego Comic-con in July. No worries — we’ve got a kick ass hotel room locked down for this year and our press passes are secured so the Defective ladies will be representing yet again at the biggest west coast nerdfest of the year. I decided to go through some photos and scrounge up some memories to share with the readers today from the many cons I’ve managed to attend in the past years. SDCC 2011, Nathan Fillion

When a geek is offered the opportunity to be in the same room as Nathan Fillion, or as most Firefly fans would prefer to call him: The Captain, you say HELL YES! And that is what I did. After I went to the Supernatural press room on Sunday morning of San Diego Comic Con 2011, I went to the Castle press room.

This press room was held in a mysterious room… so mysterious that most of the Comic Con staffers/elites insisted that it did not exist. After ten minutes of staffers and myself looking bewildered as we checked the Comic Con map that they printed in the program book, I decided to do my own investigation and (thankfully) eventually found this invisible room.

Finally, I was seated at one of the tables and super excited to finally see Fillion in person.
